The Goat Farmer

What's going on?

Local Farmer Zeke Ramsey (commoner) has been raising prize winning Giant Goats his whole life. A month ago, his goats began going missing. At first, he thought it was just a few runaways, but after not finding them anywhere in the area he started to suspect rustlers may be hauling off his stock.  This last week, he has been camping out in the pastures in hopes of catching whoever might be responsible.

A few nights back, he dozed off in the early hours and was awakened by the sound of his goats bleating for help. By the time he was out of his bedroll it was too late and all he saw was a massive dark shape disappear over a hill in the pasture - and the remains of his favorite goat Big Billy strewn about the field.

Having only caught a glimpse of the creature, and the destruction it left behind, Zeke immediately began telling everyone who would listen about how the legendary goat sucker was slaughtering his livestock, he’d seen it with his own eyes!  He has requested help slaying the beast and saving his remaining goats.
